Parents from St. Aidan's CS, St. Brigid's JNS and KCS all took part in a POTHOLES parents trip to Glasnevin Cemetery and Museum today. The weather didn't dampen our spirits as we were led around the fascinating graveyard hearing about the famous Irish figures buried there, Roger Casement, Daniel O Connell, Charles Stewart Parnell, Countess Markievicz and many more. Our tour guide, Irial, was informative and entertaining and kept us all interested until the very end! There was some much needed coffee and cake in the cafe after the tour.
