We, as a school community believe that education in St. Aidan's is a process which is concerned with

  • The holistic growth and development of every student.

  • The passing on of culture, heritage and values.
  • The growth and development of the academic staff as a professional educators, both at individual and team levels.
  • Working in partnership with the prime educators, the parents/guardians.
  • Working in collaboration and co-operation with the local community, with the school being a resource for the local community and the local community being a resource for the school.
